Overview

This website is a static information page about the CocoJambo party game. We keep data processing to a minimum. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies and we do not create user profiles on this site.

Server log files

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically stores technical access data (e.g. anonymised/abbreviated IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system) for security and stable operation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). These logs are deleted after a short period.

Contact form

If you use our contact form, we process the name, email address and message you provide in order to answer your request. This data is transmitted to us by email and is not stored in a database on this site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. To protect the form against spam and abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile; for this purpose Cloudflare may process your IP address and technical data (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). App and app stores

The CocoJambo app is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you download or purchase the app, the respective store processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy (Apple, Google). In-app purchases are handled entirely by the stores; we do not receive your payment details.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. The current version applies.
