These terms govern the use of the website cocojambo.app and the CocoJambo app, both provided by DVX Networks GmbH.

The service

CocoJambo is a truth-or-dare party game. The app is free to download and play. This website provides information and links to the official app stores.

In-app purchases

The app may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g. additional content). These are processed exclusively via the Apple App Store or Google Play; the terms and payment conditions of the respective store apply.

Responsible play

CocoJambo is intended for entertainment among adults. Some dares may reference drinking. Always play responsibly, respect the law and the boundaries of everyone involved. Never drink and drive.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and design of the website and the app are protected and remain the property of DVX Networks GmbH or its licensors. No content may be used without prior written consent.

Liability

The website and app are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for slight negligence, except for injury to life, body or health. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Governing law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
